Felix didn't blush often, and with his coloring it wasn't always easy to tell when he did. Still, Marco was observant enough to no doubt notice the way he faintly colored at the 'in case we feel the need to gossip about Felix', especially with how that got a laugh out of Julian - an actual laugh! - as he took the card with an agreeable nod to slip into his own deck.

"If you're sure you can spare me for all my important courtly functions of being eyecandy or a distraction, or both..." Felix said with a somewhat chagrined grin, looking adoringly at Marco.

"I can have you back in rotation in a day if you're truly serious," Julian offered, which had Felix looking briefly surprised before Julian gave a shrug and added - "There's always some that are good rangers aside from doing poorly with following commands by nobility."

"I'm nobility."

"You hardly act like it, though."
